离子对RP-HPLC法测定胃康灵胶囊中阿托品的含量

摘要 目的:建立胃康灵胶囊中阿托品的质量控制方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱条件为C18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-0.01mol·L-1的庚烷磺酸钠溶液(25∶75)(用磷酸调pH至2.6)为流动相,流速:0.8mL·min-1,检测波长210nm,硫酸阿托品为对照品。结果:硫酸阿托品在进样量0.168~1.68μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。加样回收率为98.2%,RSD=1.1%。结论:通过在流动相中加入庚烷磺酸钠作为离子对试剂,可使胃康灵胶囊中的阿托品得到良好的分离。本方法简单、重现性好,可有效地控制胃康灵胶囊的质量。 Objective:To establish an effective method for the quality control of Weikangling capsules. Method: Atropine was determined by HPLC on a column of C18(200 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm)with a mobile phase of aeetonitrile - 0. 01 mol · L^- 1 sodium 1 - heptanesulfonate (25:75 ) ( adjusting to pH 2. 6 with phosphoric acid), with flow rate at 0. 8 mL·min^-1, the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Atropine sulfate was used as reference standard. Result:Atropine sulfate calibration curves were linear in the range of 0. 168 -1.68 g. The average recovery was 98. 1% with RSD = 1.1%. Conclusion : By adding sodium 1 - heptanesulfonate into the mobile phase , atropine was able to get good separation . This method is simple, reliable for the quality control of atropine in Weikangling capsules.
