香青兰药材HPLC特征图谱的研究

Study on HPLC specific chromatogram of Dracocephalum moldavica L.

目的:建立香青兰药材的特征图谱分析方法及不同产地药材的比较。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为90%乙腈水溶液(A)-水(B),梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长360nm,柱温:30℃。结果:在选定的色谱条件下确定11个峰构成香青兰药材的指纹特征,各批次药材均具有此特征,但特征峰的相对含量分布差异导致色谱峰存在一定差异。结论:该法精密度高、重现性好,所测组分均达到基线分离,可为香青兰药材的指纹图谱评价提供依据。

Objective： To establish a specific chromatogram analysis method for identification of Dracocephalum moldavica L. from different sources. Method： The HPLC separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column （250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm）by gradient elution with a mixture consisting of 90% acetonitrile（A） -water（B） as a mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The UV detection was set at 360 nm. Results：Eleven chromatographic peaks were identified as the characteristic fingerprints of D. moldavica L. Diference content of each peak showed great of the samples,on their chromatograms. Conclusion：This method shows high precision, good repeatability and contents are separation. It can be used for assessment the quality of D. moldavica L.
