毛细管气相色谱法对百树真油中多种成分的含量测定 被引量:4

Determination of different compound in Baishuzhen Oil by capillary GC

摘要 目的:测定百树真油中桉油精、薄荷脑、异龙脑、龙脑、桂皮醛、丁香酚的含量;方法:采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为PEG-20M毛细管柱30m×0.25mm×0.25μm,程序升温,起始温度80℃,每分钟升8℃,升到170℃后每分钟升35℃,终止温度210℃,保持4min,分流比50∶1,FID检测器;结果:桉油精的线性范围0.203~20.285mg·mL-1,薄荷脑的线性范围0.202~20.200mg·mL-1,异龙脑的线性范围0.102~10.215mg·mL-1,龙脑的线性范围0.102~10.210mg·mL-1,桂皮醛的线性范围0.132~13.190mg·mL-1,丁香酚的线性范围0.198~19.850mg·mL-1,RSD分别为1.81%,1.82%,1.23%,1.25%,1.71%,1.32%;结论:方法简便、快速、准确,可用于百树真油的质量控制。 Objective : The purpose is to develop GC method for the assay of Eucalyptol, Menthol, Isoborneol, Borneol, Cinnamia aldehyde and Eugenol in Baishuzhen Oil. Metbods:GC was applied for quantitative analysis. Chromatographic conditions were : PEG - 20M (30 m × 0. 25 mm × 0. 25 μm) ; programmed ; temperature ;initiation temperature at 80 ℃ ;the rate of temperature is 8 ℃/minute;the raised temperature to temperature:170 ℃ at the rate of temperature of 35 ℃/minute keep the final temperature :210 ℃ for 4 min,bypass rate is 50: 1, Flameionization detector(FID). Results :The standards curve of Euealyptol, Menthol, Isoborneol, Borneol, Cinnamia aldehyde and Eugenol are linear within the range of 0. 203 -20. 285 mg·mL^-1 ,0. 202 -20. 200 mg ·mL^-1 ,0. 102 - 10. 215 mg ·mL^-1,0. 102- 10.210 mg ·mL^-1,0. 132- 13. 190 mg ·mL^-1,0. 198- 19.850 mg ·mL^-1, and RSD was 1.81% , 1.82% , 1.23% , 1.25%, 1.71% , 1.32%. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate, and can be used for control of Baishuzhen Oil.
