目的:调查和分析本院抗生素的使用情况,以指导抗生素的合理使用。方法:采用统计药品消耗金额和分析随机抽取处方的方法,对2007～2008年余姚市中医医院抗生素使用情况进行调查分析。结果:我院使用量大的抗生素疗效确切,且毒副作用较少;抗生素以单联应用为主;08年与07年相比,不合理用药现象减少。结论:我院抗生素的使用情况,合理用药是主流,但存在不合理用药现象,亟待解决。

Objective ：To investigate and analyze the application of antibiotics in Yuyao Traditional Chinese Medical hospital and to guide the rational use of Antibiotics. Methods：To investigate and analyze the application of antibiotics in Yuyao Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital in 2007 - 2008, using the methods of counting the consumptive amount of drug and analyzing the prescriptions of random extraction. Results： The effect of antibiotics in large amount in Yuyao Traditional Chinese Medical hospital was definite, further the toxic and side - effect was limited. The single kind use accounted for the most part, irreasonable usage of antibiotic drugs was decreased in 2008 than in 2007. Conclusion：reasonable use of a antibiotic drugs is the main trend in my hospital, but correspondent methods should be further found to solve .
