摘要
本文简单介绍了近年来拉曼光谱分析法在有机化合物结构鉴定、高分子蛋白分析、临床检验、晶体和材料研究等方面的应用及几种常用的拉曼光谱分析技术。为进一步扩大拉曼光谱技术的应用提供参考。
This paper briefly reviewed the applications of Raman spectroscopy in the field of chemical construction identification of the organic substance, analysis of the macromolecule protein, verification for clinic, investigation of crystalloid and material, introduced several kinds of Raman scattering technology in common use, offering reference for further application of Raman scattering technology.
