细菌ZJ的鉴定及其对九孔鲍苗致病菌的拮抗作用研究

摘要 从深圳官湖养殖场海水样品分离纯化得到1株拮抗细菌ZJ,根据其形态特征和生理生化特性分析,鉴定其为海洋单胞菌(Oceanimonas sp.)。采用室内抑菌法测定了该菌株对9株九孔鲍苗病原菌的抑制效果,结果表明,菌株ZJ对溶藻弧菌、霍乱弧菌、海藻施万氏菌、绿脓假单胞菌、肠道球菌、催产克雷白杆菌的抑菌活性强,其无菌发酵液也对这6株菌有抑制作用。对该菌株的胞外酶活性进行测定,该菌株可以产明胶酶、蛋白酶、磷脂酶和淀粉酶,表明该菌株对水产品肠道系统和海洋生活环境可能有良好的改善作用,这为该菌作为益生菌提供了可能性。 The antagonistic bacterial strain ZJ was isolated and screened from Guanhu breed aquatics in Shenzhen,and was identified as Oceanirnonas sp. according to its morphological biochemical characters. The antimicrobial spectra of strain ZJ against 9 pathogenies of abalone postlarvae were tested and the strain ZJ showed wide antimicrobial spectra and strong antimicrobial activities.Experiment showed that ZJ could produce several extra- cellular enzymes, including gelatinase, proteinase, phospholipase and amylase. That was good to intestinal system and the above results indicated this marine bacteria was useful in the biocontrol of abalone postlarvae diseases.
