青钱柳叶的化学成分分析 被引量:8

摘要 分析青钱柳叶中的主要化学成分:多糖、黄酮、皂苷、香豆素的含量,并比较了不同产地青钱柳叶中这四种主要成分含量的差异,结果表明:不同产地青钱柳叶中多糖含量相近,其余三项的含量均是湖南省绥宁县的高于江西省修水县的,湖南省绥宁县的青钱柳叶中多糖、黄酮、皂苷、香豆素的含量分别为:3.97%、1.97%、10.99%、6.63%,江西省修水县青钱柳叶中的分别为:3.99%、1.26%、9.83%、4.23%;青钱柳叶中主要的黄酮成分为槲皮素、杨梅素、山奈酚。 The main chemical constituents including sugars, fiavonoids, saponin, and coumarins in the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus were analyzed.And the contents of this four chemical constituents were compared between the leaves of Suining county of Hunan Province and the leaves of Xiushui county of Jiangxi Province. The results showed that the content of polysaccharide was close in the leaves of the two sites,but the contents of other three constituents in Suining county' s leaves was higher than that of Xiushui county' s leaves. The content of polysaccharide, flavonoids, saponin, and coumarins in Suining county' s leaves was 3.97 %, 1.97 %, 10.99%, 6.63 % respectively, and in Xiushui county' s leaves was 3.99%, ].26%, 9.83 %, 4.23% respectively. The main flavonoids were quercetin,myricetin and kaempferol in the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus.
