人乳铁蛋白基因对牛乳成分影响的初步研究

摘要 利用转基因家畜生产人乳铁蛋白已经成为现实,但是外源基因的转入对宿主影响的研究报道较少。本研究以人乳铁蛋白转基因牛乳为对象,分析其乳成分变化,比较转基因牛乳与常乳的异同。结果表明,尽管人乳铁蛋白在转基因牛乳中高水平表达,但是并没有影响牛乳中的常规成分,并且也没有影响牛乳中其它乳蛋白的表达。 Milk composition of transgenic cattle were analyzed on MilkoScan 4000, and expression of native milk protein was also evaluated by SDS-PAGE and Gene Tools software.The results showed that the obvious difference were not obtained in milk composition of transgenic cattle, even if there was a high level expression of recombinant human lactoferrin in milk of transgenic cattle.
