超声波-中空纤维膜联用分离啤酒废酵母有效成分的初步研究

摘要 研究了超声波-中空纤维膜联用技术提取分离啤酒废酵母有效成分的工艺条件。以海藻糖提取率为指标评价了超声波破壁效果;基于超滤机理分析了超滤过程中操作压力、温度、pH和料液浓度对膜通量的影响,并用HPLC验证了MWCO5000超滤膜效果;对β-1,3-葡聚糖的提取方法进行了阐述。 Ultrasonic combined with hollow fiber ultrafilter method was used to separate effective components of waster beer yeast.The extraction rate of trehalose was used to evaluate ultrasonic cell disruption.Based on the mechanism of ultrafiltration, main factors that affecting the permeate flux, such as operation pressure,temperature, pH and concentration were studied and analyzed with HPLC;the extraction method of β-1,3-glucan was also described.
