摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法分别对芦柑、鸭梨、富士苹果和脐橙中的四种有机酸(酒石酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸和琥珀酸)进行了分析,色谱柱为VP-ODS,C18(150mm×4.6mm),以0.02mol/LKH2PO4(pH=3.0)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,柱温为30℃,紫外检测波长为215nm,探讨了pH及其它条件对色谱分离的影响。四种有机酸的回收率为96.1%~112.9%,线性相关系数r>0.999,准确、高效地测定了芦柑、鸭梨、富士苹果和脐橙中的有机酸含量。
The four organic acids(tartaric acid, malic acid,citric and succinic acid)in four fruit were determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography( RP- HPLC), A VP- ODS C,, column ( 150 × 4.6mm), an ultraviolet length at 215nm, and 0.02mol/L KH2PO+ (pH = 3.0) as the mobile phase were employed, the flow velocity is lm!_/min and the column oven temperature is 30℃, pH and other conditions affected the separation of chromatography was investigated. The HPLC can separate the four organic acids of four fruit in one time.The average recoveries of the four organic acids were in the range of 96% to 112.9% ,the liner correlation coefficient is above 0.999.This method got a accurate and highly effective result.
