摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以Agilent HC-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17:83)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,于316nm波长下测定复方保健品中阿魏酸的含量。阿魏酸在0.39~25.0mg.L-1范围内呈线性关系,R=0.99997,平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.65%。
To develop a method for the determination of feruloc acid in compound health food by HPLC .The Agilent HC-C,8(4.6mm ×250mm,5μm) column was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid (V:V = 17:83) at the flow rate of 1.0mL · min-1.The wavelength of the detector was set at 316nm.The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.39~25.0mg · L -1 with the correlation of 0.99997 (n = 7) .The average recoveries of glycyrrhizin was 100.8% ( RSD = 1.65% ).
