摘要
利用单片机(MSP430)、数字信号处理器(DSP)以及PROFIBUS总线的专用协议芯片SPC3相结合的多处理器技术,开发了带PROFIBUS-DP接口的低功耗涡街流量计。介绍了低功耗涡街流量计总体方案的设计和PROFIBUS-DP通信接口的软硬件设计实现,给出了部分原理图和软件流程图。实验证明该涡街流量计功能完善,通信可靠,功耗低,具有很好的发展前景。
A low power consumption vortex flowmeter with PROFIBUS-DP interface is developed, which is based on multiprocessor technique combining digital signal processor (DSP), microcontroller (MSP430) with special-purpose chip SPC3. The paper introduces the design of the overall scheme for the low power consumption vortex flowmeter and the implementation of software and hardware interfacing with PROFIBUS-DP communication bus, and provides some schematic diagrams and software flow charts. Experiment results show that the flowmeter has perfect function, reliable communications, low power consumption, and will have a bright future.
