高清晰度高传输数据线的研究动态和应用及其传输模型

摘要 随着科技及社会的发展和进步,家电类数字化电子终端层出不穷,急切需要高质量、宽频的高速传输线来实现数据的高速传输。与HDMI1.3规范相配套的新一代迷你高清晰度高传输数据线(Mini High Definition Multimedia Interface Electronic Cable,简称Mini HDMI)是首个符合也是唯一的由消费电子产业支持的、无压缩全数字音频/视频接口HDMI规范的高清宽频信号传输线,具有巨大的市场潜力。然而,目前Mini HDMI在国内民营企业中尚属空白,因此有必要对其进行研发与制造。基于HDMI1.3规范,对HDMI传输线的传输模型进行了相应的理论分析与建模,主要包括:(1)在信号传输理论方面,采用分布参数电路理论建立传输线的传输模型;(2)在工艺流程方面,研制HDMI传输线并成型,分析工艺对传输线性能的影响;(3)基于上述两点的分析结果,设计降低传输阻抗及传输时延的方法。 With the development of science and technology, various kinds of new electronic products related to home appliances have emerged, which generates a huge demand for high-quality and wide bandwidth transmission cables to realize high speed data transmissions. Mini High Definition Multimedia Interface Electronic Cable (Mini HDMI), which is associated to the HDMI vl.3 standard, is the first and only kind of high definition/wide bandwidth transmission cable supported by the consuming electronics industry and in accordance with HDMI specifications for uncompressed digital video and audio interfaces, so it has huge market potential. However, at present Mini HDMI is still a blank domain in domestic private enterprises, and needs to be researched and developed. This paper aims at the theoretical analysis and modeling for the HDMI transmission cables based on HDMI vl.3 standard, which includes the following three parts: first, in the domain of signal transfer theory, establishing the transfer model for the transmission line using the distributed parameter circuit theory; second, in the aspect of process flow, developing HDMI transmission line and analyzing the effect of process parameters on the performance of the transmission line; last, based on the results of above two parts, designing a scheme to reduce the transfer impedance and transfer delay.
