摘要
研究了实现渐开线直齿锥齿轮的精确建模方法。从原理出发,利用渐开线方程生成了轮齿的精确齿形。在系统探讨了轮缘厚度、有效周向齿数、加载位置、重合度、接触位置载荷分布、齿根过渡曲线等因素对齿根应力影响的基础上,建立了计算齿根弯曲强度的精确有限元模型;并用柔度矩阵法确定接触线上载荷分布,进行了齿根应力分析。计算结果与根据ISO算法得出的结论相吻合,证明了模型的正确性。
Realization of the precision modelling method of involute straight bevel gear has been studied. Proceed from the principle; the precision tooth shape of gear was generated by the use of involute equation. On the basis of discussing systematically the influences of factors of rim thickness, effective circumferential directional teeth number, load position, overlap ratio, load distribution of contact position, transition curve of dedendum etc. on the tooth root stress, the precision finite element model for computing the bending strength of dedendum was established. And using the flexibility matrix method to determine load distribution on the contact line and the tooth root stress analysis was carried out. The result of computation tallies with the conclusion educed according to the ISO algorithm, and the correctness of model was testified.
