摘要 为了提高机床的设计水平,将虚拟样机技术引入机床的设计开发过程,通过虚拟样机技术的使用辅助设计人员进行方案分析。利用三维造型软件SolidW orks实现虚拟样机模型的建立,应用对象的链接与嵌套技术进行数控加工仿真、刀具轨迹显示、自动换刀和毛坯的自动设计,采用仿真软件ADAMS实现了该机床的动力学分析和仿真。将上述方法应用于并联机床的具体设计中,计算机仿真结果验证了理论模型的合理性,进而验证了设计的正确性和可靠性。 For the sake of enhancing the designing level of machine tools, the virtual prototype technology was introduced into the designing development process of machine tools. By means of employing virtual prototype technology the designers was assisted in carrying out the scheme analysis. Utilizating the 3D modelling software SolidWorks, the establishment of virtual prototype model was realized. By applying the linkage of object and inlaid technology to carrying out numerical controlled machining simulation, display of cutter track, automatic tool change and automatic design of blank. The dynamics analysis and simulation of this machine tool were carried out by adopting the simulation software ADAMS. Let the above stated method be applied to a concrete design of parallel machine tools, the result of computer simulation verified the rationality of theoretical model and then testified the correctness and reliability of the design.
