随着企业竞争的进一步加剧,生产在企业中已重新回到了其战略地位。生产已成为企业竞争的核心武器之一。这里探讨了生产战略的设计,包括生产绩效的评价、生产竞争能力的分析和策略方案的选择。最后分析了生产战略与其他职能战略和企业总战略间的关系。
The enormous role of manufacturing strategy in market competition, and explores manufacturing strategy designing is discussed, which includes the evaluation of manufacturing performance, the analysis of manufacturing competitive capabilities and the decision of action programmers. The relationship among the manufacturing strategy and other function strategies and corporation strategy is analyzed.
