西方管理学界对企业政治行为的研究综述

A Review of Management Studies on Corporate Political Behavior in Western Countries

企业的政治行为是企业为获取有利其经营的政治环境,对公共政策的制定过程施加影响而采取的行动,也是企业获取竞争优势的重要手段之一。西方管理学界对于企业政治行为的研究范围很广泛,归纳起来包括企业政治行为的目标、职能、影响因素等9个方面。本文以文献综述的形式对西方管理学界在此领域的研究做了一个简要介绍,希望为我国的相关研究提供一些有益的思路。

Corporate political behavior are actions taken by a firm to influence public policy process in a way favourable to it,it is also an important strategy for a firm to obtain competitive advantage. Management studies on corporate political beheavior in western countries concern 9 topics include its aims,function,influcing factors,etc. This paper reviews research has been done by management scholars in western countries,it hopes to provide useful thoughts for Chinese scholars.
