摘要
介绍了基于IMS的移动多媒体广播时移系统并分析时移业务在移动环境下的网络切换问题,提出了保障无缝切换的水平切换和垂直切换方案,并描述了基于SIP的网络切换信令流程。
This paper illustrates the IMS-based time-shifting system architecture for mobile multimedia broadcasting and analyzes the handoff problem caused by time-shifting service in certain mobile environment. A horizontal handoff scheme and a vertical handoff scheme which support seamless handoff service are proposed, and the SIP-based signaling flows are described.
