摘要
在印刷体字符识别中,为了减少倾斜图像校正对后续步骤的影响,本文提出了一种新的字符矫正方法来提高识别效果。针对传统处理方法对图像进行旋转给图像带来的误差,本文提出的方法在原始图像上通过霍夫变换检测出角度后在相应的倾斜面上进行投影分割,对分割出的字符块逐一围绕质心进行旋转处理,试验效果表明,对识别效果有较好的改善作用。
The paper propose a new method of character correction during printed character recognition in order to reduce the effect of image adjustment on the next steps and improve the recognition results.ln traditional method,rotation of the image always bring er- ror.In this paper we propose a method which could reduce this mistake.By hough transform on original image we detect the angle and then use projection on corresponding tilt surface.0ne by one we rotate the the character blocks around the centroid and with the experiment results it has improvement effects on the result.
