摘要
热管技术是20世纪60年代出现的一种传热新技术,其导热能力超过任何已知金属的导热能力,在散热器制造行业占有重要的地位,本文从热管的基本原理、特性、类别、相容性、热管的制造及加工工艺和热管的应用与发展等几个方面对热管技术作一简要的阐述。
Heat pipe technology is a heat conduction innovation emerged in 1960s, of which the heat conduction capability is superior to all other existing metal, Heat pipe plays very important role in heat sink manufacturing industry. In this paper, the working principle, characteristic, category, compatibility, workmanship and application of heat pipe is introduced.
