根据健康住宅的定义和内涵,结合洛阳顺驰广场住宅区的设计实践,从总体规划空间布局、建筑单体、细部构造、建筑色彩及建筑材料的选用等方面进行探讨,提出理念是设计的指导,感情是创造的动力。因此,作为大众服务的建筑设计者,只有坚持以人为本,树立健康理念,以真切的感情付出,才能创造出健康住宅,才能提升居民生活品质,才能彰显设计者的人文情怀。

Basing on the definition and connotation of health residence, combining with the design practice of Luoyang Sunco plaza residence district design, discussing of planning. architecture monomer, detail structure, architecture color and the choosing of architecture material, this paper bring forward that the ideal is the guide of design, feeling is the power of creation. Thusly as the architecture designer who serves the public, only through insisting on the ideal of people oriented, build up the health ideal and pay out the real feeling could they create the health residence and improve the residence living quality and clear the humanity affection.
