摘要
目的:制备硫酸沙丁胺醇药物树脂,并对影响因素(粒径、浓度、温度、交联度、流速)进行考察。方法:静态载药法和动态载药法。结果:静态载药的优化条件是温度为25℃,药物浓度为6mg·mL^-1,树脂粒径为180~240目;动态载药的优化条件是温度为30℃,药物浓度为8mg·mL^-1,树脂粒径为180~240目,流速1mL·min。结论:采用静态载药法制备硫酸沙丁胺醇药物树脂。
Ojective:To prepare salbutamol sulfate resins and evaluate the factors that affect the preparation. Methods:Bath method and column method were utilized. Results:The preparation of salbutamol sulfate resins using the bath method was optimized with drug concentration of 6 mg·mL-1 and resin particle size of 180 - 240 mesh at 25℃. The optimal conditions of the column technique were drug concentration of 8 mg·mL^-1 and resin particle size of 180 - 240 mesh at 25 ℃ , and the efflux speed at 1 mL·min^-1. Conclusion : Salbutamol sulfate resins could be prepared by bath method.
