制一枝蒿中总生物碱精制工艺优化

Optimazation of extraction of total alkaloids from alpine yarrow herb

摘要 目的:优选大孔吸附树脂精制制一枝蒿乌头类总生物碱的工艺条件。方法:应用正交设计。以酸性染料比色法测定总生物碱含量、比较并筛选不同工艺条件对乌头类总生物碱的精制效果。结果:不同浓度的乙醇对乌头类总生物碱的洗脱效果有显著影响,应用本法乌头类总生物碱的转移率为84.5%,杂质的去除率为81.8%。结论:该工艺条件可用于制一枝蒿中总生物碱的精制。 Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of total alkaloids from alpine yarrow herb by the macrospore resin method. Methods:Orthogonal design was used to select test factors. The content of total alkaloid was determined by acid dye colorimetric method. The effects of different factors on the extraction of total alkaloid from Aconitum filavum Hand were compared. Results: Different concentrations of alcohol showed remarkable effect on elating total alkaloidal of acolytine. The extraction rate of total alkaloid of acolytine was 84.5% and the rate of removing impurity was 81.8%. Conclusion:The improved technique can be used to extract total alkaloid from Aeonitum filavum Hand.
