双前馈无模型自适应控制在混凝加药中的仿真 被引量:1

摘要 水厂混凝加药过程具有非线性、时滞性等特点,并且影响加药后混凝效果的因素很多,很难准确地建立反应过程的数学模型。无模型自适应控制(MFAC)是一种不需要离线建立数学模型的先进控制方法,非常适用于实际的模型参数难以辨识,且是时变的非线性系统。针对混凝加药过程的特点,提出了带有双前馈无模型自适应控制方案来实现混凝加药过程的仿真,仿真结果表明该方法在混凝加药控制过程具有鲁棒性强、响应速度快和控制精度高的优点。 The coagulant dosing process of water plants has the characteristic of non - linearity, long lag, etc. The factors that influence the coagulation effect after the dosing are so many that the mathematical model is difficult to be established accurately. Model - free adaptive control (MFAC) is an advanced control method, and MFA controller can be designed without mathematical model of system, and is suitable for the nonlinear time - varying delay system whose model parameters are difficult to be identified. According to the features of coagulant dosing process, a novel method of using double feed - forward model - free adaptive control to realize the control of coagulant dosing is presented in this paper. The simulation results show that the approach is efficient and feasible.
