摘要 根据教育改革不断深入,如何构建符合人才培养目标要求的培养体系,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才,是现今人才培养的关键问题,借鉴有关人才培养和学生自主学习的研究理论,利用多智能体仿真技术,构建人才培养仿真模型,并应用JADE多智能体开发平台实现了学生自主学习仿真系统。仿真结果较好地解释了在不同认知水平、监控能力和学习策略条件下,学生自主学习的学习曲线,显示了仿真模型的有效性,为教师和学校制定合理的人才培养策略提供辅助信息支持。 With the deepening of education reform, how to build a talent training system in line with the training objectives, and foster the high - quality student with innovative spirit and practical ability , becomes the key issue of personnel training. Based on recent theoretical research about talent training and self - regulated learning of students, the paper built a simulation model of the talent training with multi - agent simulation technology, and achieved the simulation system development of student self - regulated learning by JADE multi - agent development platform. The simulation results explained the learning curve of students' self - regulated learning under the conditions of different cognizance level, different self - regulated ability and learning strategy, demonstrated the effectiveness of the simulation model, and provided complementary information for teachers and schools to develop talent training strategies.
