摘要 塑料透镜热膨胀系数大,而塑料自由曲面棱镜将整个光路集成在一块镜子上,一个或几个曲面的变形会影响到整个光学系统,尽管在光学设计上各种光学参数满足要求,但在一定热载荷下的热变形会破坏这种状态。从理论上推导了透镜热变形的机理,得到了热弹性力学的位移微分方程。给出了具体分析实例,用有限元的方法分析了给定热载荷对光学系统的影响,并给出了镜面变形结果,为塑料光学系统的设计和评价提供了一种新的依据。 The thermal expansion coefficient of plastic lens is big and all beam paths are integrated in one free form surface prism so the deformation of one or a few surface will affect the whole optical system. Though the optical parameters can satisfy the need of optical system, the thermal deformation may destroy the satisfactory situation under certain thermal load. The mechanism of thermal deformation of lenses is deducted and the differential equation of thermal mechanics displacement is got in this paper. A sample analysis is presented. The effect of present thermal load on the deformation of the surface of plastic free form surface prism is analyzed in the way of finite element and the result is presented. Thus a new precise evaluation of the plastic optical system property is obtained.
