摘要
为充分利用原产于中国的紫菜薹资源,能够快速提取它的总DNA是利用分子生物学研究紫菜薹的基础。建立了一种简化的CTAB法,可快速大批量的提取紫菜薹的DNA,提取速度与用试剂盒提取相当,提取量远大于用试剂盒提取,此方法也适应对其他作物。
To take full advantage of originating in China's Purple Tsai-tai resources. It can quickly extract the total DNA is the use of molecular biology research foundation. This method is a simplified CTAB method, can rapid extraction of large quantities of Purple Tsai-tai DNA, Extraction rate equivalent to the speed with extraction kit.
