摘要 从环保及节能角度考虑,装配式凸轮轴比传统制造的凸轮轴有更广阔的发展空间,与其他连接方式相比滚花装配式凸轮轴又有着明显的优势。本文全面研究了滚花装配式凸轮轴三大关键技术:凸轮连接技术、凸轮制造、装配式凸轮轴自动化装配设备研制,介绍了具体工艺过程,对于滚花装配式凸轮轴的制造具有很好的借鉴作用。 When taking the environmental protection and energy saving into consider, the assembled camshaft has larger development space than the camshaft which is manufactured by traditional ways. Moreover the knurling connected assembled camshaft also has obvious predominance than other camshafts that connected by other ways. This paper discussed three key technologies related to the knurling connected assembled camshaft which included connection technology of the camshaft, the manufacture technology and the design of the automatic assembly equipment which was used to fabricate the knurling connected assembled camshaft. And then this paper introduced the specific technological process. All of these studies provided good references for the manufacture of knurling connected assembled camshaft.
