摘要
大连期货大厦的结构设计中采用了钢梁开大洞的设计方案,洞口尺寸超过了规范的限值。为了安全合理地实施该设计方案,找出钢梁开洞后的受力特性,采用梁开洞较成熟的空腹桁架理论来分析钢梁开洞后对梁承载力的影响,得出了钢梁开洞处应力的解析解,并归纳出简单受力状态下钢梁开矩形洞口的不利位置,开洞位置变化对梁承载力影响的规律,洞口尺寸对钢梁承载力的影响。分析成果在实际工程设计中得到了成功应用。
The plan of steel beam with large web opening was confirmed in the process of Dalian commodity mansion's design. But the hatch' s size in steel beam goes beyond the limits of criterion. In order to carry this plan into effect safely and rationally, and find out the steel beam' s carrying capacity with hatch, by virtue of the vierendeel truss theory for steel beam with large web opening, how does the hatch affect steel beam' s carrying capacity was tried to fond out. And in this process, stress of steel beam with large web opening was concluded by expressions. The worst position of web opening was confirmed. The rules how does the variety of web opening position affect steel beam's carrying capacity and how does the dimension of web opening affect steel beam were concluded. In the design process, the object was accomplished rationally by the analysis production.
