聚羧酸系减水剂中试放大的工艺研究

摘要 主要研究了聚羧酸系高性能减水剂在50L、500L反应器中进行的中试放大过程,对物料的投加方法,搅拌速度,反应时间,气体保护等因素对聚羧酸高性能减水剂中试生产的影响进行了研究,获得了中试生产的最佳工艺参数,并讨论了聚合反应机理。经过红外光谱、水泥净浆流动度等性能的测试方法对产品进行了结构、性能表征。 The synthesis of polycarboxylate surperplasticzer under pilot-plant test with 50L and 500L reactors was studied in this paper. The factors,which will affect the process of pilot-plant test and the performance of products,are studied to getting the optimum parameters of technology for pilot-plant test and the mechanism of ploymerization reaction was discussed. The product was Characterized and analyzed by FT-IR and some other test methods such as cement paste fluidity.
