摘要
目的:通过比较64层螺旋CT和超声心动图在不同心率时对左室射血分数(LVEF)的测量结果,初步探讨心率对64层螺旋CT测定LVEF的影响。方法:对107例临床怀疑或确诊冠心病的患者行64层螺旋CT检查,采用心功能分析软件进行后处理,计算左室收缩末期容积(ESV)、左室舒张末期容积(EDV)及LVEF,并与超声心动图的测量结果进行对比分析。入选患者按照心率分为3组:A组为心率≤65次/分,B组为心率66~75次/分,C组为心率>75次/分。结果:64层CT和超声心动图所测LVEF分别为0.6963±0.0757和0.6998±0.0761,两组测量值有很好的相关性(r=0.962,P>0.05);在不同心率下两种检查方法对评价LVEF也具有较好的相关性(A、B和C组的r值分别为0.977、0.967和0.883,P>0.05)。结论:64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在对冠脉病变进行诊断的同时还可用于评价左心室功能。
Objective:To measure the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) at different heart rates (HR) by 64- slice spiral CT angiography,and compared with that of echoeardiography,in order to investigate the influence of HR in the measurement of LVEF by 64 spiral CT angiography. Methods: 107 patients with suspected or diagnosed coronary artery disease underwent 64-slice spiral CT angiography and echocardiography, end-diastolic volume (EDV), end-systolic volume (ESV) and I.VEF were calculated by using cardiac function analysis software. The results were compared to those obtained by echocardiography. Patients recruited in this study were classified into three groups according to HR: group 1, HR≤ 65bpm;group 2, HR= 66-75bpm;group 3, HR 〉75bpm. Results:The results of LVEF in 107 patients obtained by 64-slice spiral CT angiography and echocardiography were 0. 6963±0. 0757 and 0. 6998±0. 0761 respectively, with good correlation (r=0. 962,P〉0.05). The results of these two modalities also correlated well in evaluating LVEF under the situation of. different HRs (r= 0. 977,0. 967 and 0. 883 of group A, B and C respectively. P〉0.05). Conclusion: 64-slice spiral CT angiography could be used in the diagnosis of coronary disease and the evaluation of left ventricle function as well.
