On The Indonesia's Open Economy Policy during the Suharto Era

在内部发展需求和外部环境影响的共同作用下,苏哈托执政时期的印尼政府坚持实施开放型的经济发展政策,充分利用外资,并大力发展民族资本及华人资本,适应国际经济形势变动适时对经济结构做出调整,实现了经济快速发展的目标。

Under the effects of in-house development and the external impacts, the Suharto government remained committed to implement the open economy policy. They made use of the foreign investment; on the other hand, they developed the national capital and the Chinese capital to adapt the changes in the international economic situation, and made the adjustment on economic structure to achieve the goal of rapid economic development.
