摘要
英国不仅是世界工业革命的肇始国,也是世界上最早建立儿童福利制度的国家。英国儿童福利制度立法频繁、发展完善,堪称典范。探讨英国儿童福利制度的发展历程和演进特征对于建立和完善我国儿童福利制度具有重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。
England is not only the inchoative country of the world Industrial Revolution, but also the first country which established the child welfare system. The Child welfarism system of England has frequent legislation and perfect development, which is called an example. The development process and historical characteristic provide reference value for establishing and improving the child welfare system of China.
