On the Construction and Application of Management System of Recruitment Data in Higher Education

通过对现有高校招生管理信息系统存在问题的分析,依据科学管理理论、行为科学理论、教育评估理论、系统理论等理论,建立了一套科学、系统的招生评估体系,实现了对招生管理工作准确、客观的评估和科学的预测;实现了从招生录取新生的各种数据中抽取、挖掘、分析录取生源质量、分布、报到率等信息的评估分析,为深化学校教育教学改革提供科学的决策依据.

By examining the problems existing in the management system of recruitment data in higher education, this paper is to work out a scientific evaluation system based on theory of scientific management, scientific theory of manners, and theory of teaching evaluation. Through the realization of choosing and analyzing all the data about the recruit, depending on the correct and objective prediction and evaluation of the recruitment management, this evaluation system aims to provide proofs for the teaching reformation in higher education.
