加热炉上料翻钢节能改造

摘要 充分结合现场空间,设计增加上料翻钢系统,实现钢坯平放装炉。实践表明,粗轧的轧制电流同比下降10%~15%,平装温度控制比竖装温度低10~15℃,降低煤气消耗4%,取得良好的效果。 Fully combined with the locale space and designed to add a charging and tilting system, the goal of horizontal Charge was realized. Practice showed the rolling current for rough rolling dropped by 10% - 15% comparing with the original doing, the temperature for horizontal charging was 10 - 15 ℃ lower than the vertical charging,with the coal gas consumption falling by 4% ,and obtaining favorable results.
