摘要
针对炼钢用精炼合成渣存在的问题,通过优化设计合成渣配比,设计采用高碱度、高Al2O3渣系,生产的合成渣成渣速度快、炉渣碱度高,具有良好的精炼效果;先进的生产技术,保证了合成渣成分粒度均匀、性能稳定;同时便于炼钢加入,降低了工人劳动强度,改善了作业环境。
Aimed at the problems existing in steelmaking refining synthetic flux, through an optimized design of synthetic flux blending ratio, the synthetic flux produced from high-basieity and high-Al2O3 slag series has the merits of being fast in slag formation, high in slag basicity and fine in refining effect. The advanced production technology ensures the uniformity in granularity of synthetic slag components and stabilization in performance; at the same time, it is convenient to be added while steelmaking, reducing the workers'labor intensity and improving operating environment.
