摘要 型钢厂对H型钢数字加热炉实施了炉型改进、辐射体技术应用、燃烧系统精度提高、空气换热器优化设计、炉体绝热等系列节能工艺技术改造措施,使燃耗指标降低了19%,加热质量得到改善,氧化烧损进一步降低。 The Section Steel Plant adopted measures of energy-saving technical transformation such as furnace profile restructuring, radiator technology utilization, combustion-system degree of accuracy enhancement; air recuperator optimization design, furnace shaft heat insulation, decreasing fuel rate by 19%, improving heating quality and further reducing iron loss due to scale formation, thus providing referential experience for the spreading and application of the digitalized heating furnace in China.
