摘要
高炉炼铁是在一个密闭的容器内进行的,炉内发生的物理化学过程极其复杂,炉内现象和炉况状态无法直接观察.因此,异常炉况诊断一直是国内外研究的热点.研究中的一个重点问题就是:"要想快速准确地由高炉监控设备一段时间内的参数变化诊断出炉况,计算机必须能快速理解并处理这些存储参数,并得出炉况的诊断结论".文章重点探究的就是炉况参数如何计算机表达的几种可行方法.
The iron-making process in a blast furnace is realized in a closed container,in which complicated chemico-physical processes occur. It is usually impossible to directly monitor the conditions and phenomenon occurring inside the furnace, therefore the diagnosis of the abnormal conditions inside the furnace has become a hot point of study. A key issue of the study is that the computer system attached to the furnace monitoring system must be able to effectively pinpoint and deal with the changes in the furnace variables that are detected by the monitoring system of the furnace, so as to draw a correct diagnosis conclusion. A couple of methods of expressing the furnace variable by computer are elaborated in the paper.
