厚度测量系统是控制和测量带钢的关键仪表设备.针对近年来在生产过程中发生的测厚仪停机、故障和偏差等情况进行了分析和判断,给出了6种改进的措施并实施,取得了显著的效果.
Thickness gauge is the key instrument for measuring and controlling strip thickness. Analyses were carried out of shutdowns,failures and measurement deviations of the gauge occurring in recent years, and 6 amendment precautions were proposed and implemented,which has yielded remarkable merits.
