An elevated level of pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A (PAPP-A) in acute coronary syndromes patients with diabetes

对55例急性冠脉综合征(ACS)病例研究显示的血浆妊娠相关蛋白A水平(mU/L),ACS伴DM者(23±16)比不伴DM者(15±10)升高,也比稳定心绞痛(11±5)、正常对照(7±3)增高,P均<0.05。

The study of 55 cases with acute coronary syndroma（ASS） showed that plasma PAPPA level（mU/L） was increased in ACS with DM （23 ± 16） vs ACS without DM（15 ± 0）, vs stable angina （11±5） ,and vs normal control （7±3） （all P〈0.05）.
