姜黄素对糖尿病大鼠肾脏保护作用的实验研究 被引量:3

Experimental study of the renoprotective effect of curcumin on diabetic rats

摘要 目的观察姜黄素(Cur)对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为DM组和DM+Cur组,另设一正常对照(NC)组,每组10只。DM+Cur组给予姜黄素200mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)灌胃,为期8周。然后进行肾脏形态学和生化指标观察。结果 DM组大鼠血TC、TG、LDL-C、Ccr、UAER、UAlb/Cr、肾小球平均截面积(MGA)和肾小球平均体积(MGV)均显著高于NC组(P<0.01或P<0.05),而HDL-C低于NC组(P<0.05)。DM组大鼠肾小球明显增大,基底膜节段性增厚,部分足细胞足突融合。DM+Cur组上述异常均明显减轻。结论姜黄素可明显减轻糖尿病大鼠肾脏肥大,降低尿白蛋白,其肾脏保护作用可能与降脂作用有关。 Objective To observe the renoprective effect of curcumin on diabetic rats. Methods STZ- induced diabetes of male Wistar rats were divided into two groups: diabetes (group DM) and diabetes treated with curcumin (group DM+Cur). A normal control group (group NC) was also designed. After treatment for 8 weeks, renal morphology and blood and urinary biochemistry were evaluated. Results The levels of TC,TG, LDL-C, Ccr, UAER,UAIb/Cr, MGA and MGV at 8 weeks were higher in group DM [ (2. 90±0. 43)mmol/ L,1.48±0. 45 mmol/L, 1.71±0. 33 mmol/L,4. 87±4-1.25ml · min^-1 · kg^-1 ,107. 21 ±7. 36/μg/24h,2. 52± 0. 78/μg/μmol, (9. 52±0. 97) × 10^-3/μm^2 , (11.66±1.75) × 10^-3/μm^3 ] than in group DM+Cur [(2. 35 ±0. 26) mmol/L,1.12±0. 37 mmol/L, 1.18±0. 35 mmol/L,3. 25±1.04 ml · min^-1 · kg^-1 , 66. 324±5. 46 μg/24h, 1.31±0. 42 /μg/μmol, (7. 65±0. 53) ×10^-13 /μm^2 ,(8. 37±0. 89) × 10^-3 /μm^3],except for lower HDL-C in group DM. Large glomeruli, thickening of glomerular basement membranes, foot processes confluence in podocytes were found in diabetic rats, and all these abnormalities were markedly ameliorated when treated with curcumin. Conclusions Curcumin may relieve glomerular hypertrophy and decrease UAER in diabetic Wistar rats. The renopreetive effect might be related to its hypolipidemic action.
