孕妇血清及新生儿脐血脂联素水平与新生儿出生体重的关系 被引量：1

摘要 脂联素（adiponectin）是由脂肪细胞特异性分泌的蛋白质，与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗（insulin resistance，IR）、2型糖尿病及大血管病变的发生、发展有密切关系，是近年内分泌学研究的热点之一。但国内外关于妊娠期妇女和新生儿脐血脂联素水平的变化及其影响因素的报道较少而且结论不一。本研究对此进行检测，以探讨其与妊娠期IR和新生儿出生体重的关系。
