摘要
本文介绍了俄罗斯前特工利特维年科钋-210放射性污染事件中,英国卫生机构采取的医学响应措施,包括:阻止污染扩散、可疑人员的危险性评估、心理干预、国际响应等。另外,还介绍了我国卫生部核事故医学应急中心对此事件中中国公民的医学响应措施。此事件给我们的经验是:各国政府应执行好应急计划、做好应急准备,加强各部门之间的协作,快速有效的对突发事件进行响应。
In this paper, we introduce the measures taken by British health protection agency in the polonium-210 contamination incident in London, in which Mr. Alexander Litvinenko died of polonium-210 poisoning. The measures include preventing contamination from spread, risk assessment of involved persons, psychological intervention and international response. We also introduce the actions to citizens from China taken by Chinese Center for Medical Response to Radiation Emergency. Furthermore,we point out that every country must prepare for radiation accident, which include establishing perfect emergency plan and strengthening the coordination among different organizations.
