摘要
索杆梁结构的典型代表之一是车辐式索桁结构,它主要由外压环、内拉环以及连接内外环的索桁结构组成。基于平衡矩阵理论,对索杆结构或索杆梁结构初始预应力态(施工完成时的预应力分布与结构位形)进行求解,在有限元软件中以索和杆的设计内力为目标,通过力的迭代和更新结构模型获得更准确的初始状态。该状态可考虑弹性变形和结构自重等荷载的影响,且其几何位形要满足设计要求,也是施工验收的重要依据。根据结构的初始状态及其计算模型,即可确定零状态梁的加工位形以及索和杆的下料长度。
Ring-shape prestressed cable structures are composed of ring-shape beams, ring-shape cables and prestressed cable truss. Based on equilibrium matrix analysis theory, the initial prestressed stress state and configuration of the structures composed of cables, bars and beams can be obtained through iteration to the force, as well as the finite element model updated continually. And the self-weight and elastic deformation of the structure can be taken into consideration. According to the initial state stress and the finite element model, the fabrication length of the cables, bars and beams at zero state can be determined.
