摘要
呼和浩特新火车站无站台柱雨篷采用54m跨张弦梁结构。为加快施工进度,钢结构施工设计中将两榀张弦梁组合成一个施工单元进行张拉、起吊、滑移,并在实际施工中顺利实施。介绍两榀一体化张弦梁施工技术,包括张拉技术、张弦梁起吊、滑移方案。提出多种两榀一体化张弦梁的起吊方案,最终根据该工程特点选择最优的一种。同时,对施工过程的索力、结构变形和钢结构应力进行仿真模拟计算。
The 54m-span beam string structure has been used in the steel roof of the rainproof of awning without platform column in Hohhot New Railway Station. Two string beams are connected together to form a construction unit to be tensioned, suspended and slided in construction design of steel structure for mending construction rhythm and the design project has been actualized in actual construction. Authors introduce the construction technology of beam string structure and construction schemes of suspending and sliding technology. Several construction schemes of suspending had been brought forward and the best one was chosen which can be suited for the characteristic of the project. Besides, cable force, deformation and steel structures stress are simulating calculated.
