摘要
重庆云万高速公路彭溪河特大桥为双塔双索面斜拉桥,主塔高度为208m。主墩施工受到三峡工程三期蓄水影响。为了满足高塔施工的起重使用要求并降低成本,根据现场条件,主塔起重设备合理采用塔吊并需要分阶段进行转换。结合工程实例,介绍在库区桥梁高塔施工过程中塔吊的选型及转换施工。结果表明塔吊的选型及转换施工不仅解决了三峡工程三期蓄水的不利影响,并且满足了现场施工需要,节约了成本。
The stay bridge of double pylons and double cable planes is adopted in Pengxihe Bridge at Chongqing Expressway from Yunyang to Wanzhou. The main tower is 208-meter high. Constru'efion of main pier is affected by the third-stage of Three Gorges project. Based on coma'action conditions, the tower crane is selected as the lifting appliance in main tower and need conversion by stages in order to meet the needs of lifting requireraents in high tower, and to reduce the cost. Taking the construction case for example, anthors introduce the construction techniques for selection and conversion of tower crane in high tower bridge around the Three Gorges reservoir. The results show that adverse effects of the third-stage of Threc Gorges project are not only solved by applying the construction technique for selection and conversion of tower crane, the need of field construction is but also met and the cost is saved.
