摘要
探讨一种新型钢-混凝土组合拱桥的竖转体系组成,并对其中的转动铰构造及体系转换、钢绞线配索、钢丝绳选择、钢横梁受力及扣索索力进行了计算分析。对竖转施工控制中的合拢阶段偏差的出现、纠正及其对拱肋受力性能的影响进行了分析。讨论竖转过程中可能出现的突发情况及其相关预案。结果显示竖转体系构造及计算分析方法简单可靠,合拢段纠偏方法对结构受力影响较小,有利于施工进度的快速推进。
A new type of vertical turning system composition for the steel-concrete composite arch bridge was discussed in this paper. Structure and system transformation of rotating hinge, steel strand of cable distribution, choice of wire rope, debit force of steel beam and stay-buckle cable force were calculated and analyzed. Authors analyzed that the emergence, reclaim nation of deviation and its impact on force performance in the closure phase in the vertical transfer of construction control. Finally, the possible emergency situations and related plans in the process of vertical turning were introduced. The results show that vertical turning system composition and the method of calculation and analysis in this paper are simple and reliable, the method of correcting deviations for the closure affects structure force lightly. That will premote the progress of construction rapidly.
