中国石油大厦地下连续墙设计和突发事故处理

摘要 基于中国石油大厦地下室工程,在周边环境狭小、地质情况复杂、基坑开挖深、基坑变形控制要求高等综合情况下,采用T形"三合一"大刚度地下连续墙作为竖向支护结构,槽段间采用刚性止水接头解决槽段接头渗水问题,二层钢筋混凝土椭圆形环撑和钢结构腹杆撑形成的组合结构内支撑作为水平支撑体系,并同时采用深井疏干降水等技术,取得了较好的效果。并针对施工过程中由于勘探孔未按要求回填而形成的"连通器"导致突发大型管涌险情,及时采取措施控制了险情。 Based on the basement engineering in China Petroleum Building, T-shaped three-in-one big-stiffness diaphragm wall is taken as a vertical support structure under small surrounding enviromnent, complex geological conditions, and deep excavation depth, good deformation control. Besides, rigid water sealing joints are adopted to solve seepage between groove segments, the combination structure of two-story oval ring of reinforced concrete and steel web members are taken as horizontal support system. At the same time, deep well dewatering technology is applied to obtain good results. Besides, timely measures are selected to deal with sudden large-scale piping because connectors are formed by exploration hole under backfilling not according to the requirements during the process of construction. Thus, the dangerous situation is controlled.
