Model Research and General Frame Design of Construction Enterprise Informatization

通过对施工企业管理体系和模型的研究,构造出施工企业信息化模型。以此为基础,设计出施工企业信息化总体框架。通过将业务处理标准化和工程管理核心流程优化并数字化,建立具有国际管理理念和模式的施工企业信息化总体框架,达到过程控制,动态管理,信息共享和自动传递的目的,消除信息孤岛。实现企业操作层、运营管理层、决策层在统一的信息平台上协同工作及分层次应用。实现跨地域协同和管理控制及严格控制与授权的管理体制,做到管理可控、模式复制,实现了对工程全过程的实时管理和对管理层的决策支持。

The model of construction enterprise informatization is formed by studying management system in construction enterprise. Based on this, general frame of construction enterprise informatization is designed. The general frame with international management theory and mode is established by the standardization of business processing, optimization and digitization of core process to achieve process control, dynamic management, information sharing and automatic transformation, so that the information island is eliminated. Thus, cooperative work and application at information platform between operation layer, management layer and decision level are realized. At the same time, it realizes the collaboration cross regional and management system with strict control and authorization to control management and copy mode. The decision support and real-time management are realized at management layer during full process of engineering.
