目的将多属性效用理论引入药物经济学评价,以期进一步完善效果评价方法,提高我国药物经济学评价水平。方法分析当前我国药物经济学评价效果中的种种问题,借鉴多属性效用理论在其他方面的应用,结合效果评价的一般方法,将其用于效果评价。结果与结论多属性效用理论的应用科学合理的将效果评价的多个指标一元化,有助于效果的综合评价。

Objective Make use of Multi-attribute utility theory in evaluation with a view to make the evaluation of the effectiveness more perfect and to promote the evaluation of pharmacoeconomics in China. Methods Analyzing the current problems of the evaluation of the effectiveness in our country and drawing the application of Multi-attribute utility theory in other aspects, use it in the evaluation of effectiveness, combining the current methods. Results and Conclusions The application of Multi-attribute utility theory draws several indicators of effectiveness into one properly. It is helpful to evaluate the effectiveness generally.
